WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR EMAIL
1. Write a clear SUBJECT line.
For example, Application for the Post of….. Do not let the subject empty or NO SUBJECT.
2. Include a SALUTATION.
For example, To whom it may concern…. Do not let the writing space empty.
3. INTRODUCE yourself in the first sentence.
Treat it like your resume objective.
4. Turn your COVER LETTER into the body of your email. It can be your full cover letter or maybe abbreviated version of your cover letter.
5. Close with DETAILS. Stated the documents you have attached and your availability for next steps.
