Mechanical Technician
Facilities Management
Contract · PICC, Putrajaya
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems in facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and energy-efficient performance. Provides hands-on support for preventive and corrective maintenance, assists in inspections, and responds to breakdowns to minimize downtime and disruptions to building operations.
REPORTS TO: Senior Mechanical Technician/Mechanical Supervisor/Facility Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Technology, or equivalent trade qualification.
2. 2-3 years of experience in facility/building mechanical systems maintenance.
3. Knowledge ofHVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and utilities systems.
4. Ability to read mechanical drawings and O&M manuals.
5. Familiarity with CMMS and basic computer skills.
